Unsettling times, unsettle moods…

Dear All,

I don’t know about you, but my head is spinning with everything that has and is taking place in our country, it’s unsettling times, so it’s really important you look after yourself.

Here are a few things you can do to get you started:

  • Bring those around you that make you happy not sad
  • Talk about how you feel – it’s very cathartic to share, and others maybe feeling the same way
  • Do something you’ve never done before….because you can
  • Show an act of kindness in these unsettling times
  • Apply for that job or college, university place
  • Don’t live with regrets, better to have tried than to not have tried at all
  • Don’t let others’ actions affect your karma
  • If you need help, ask for help, most people I come across get pleasure out of helping and it’s not a burden
  • Go for a walk – can’t reiterate this enough, walking is powerful, see, feel, hear, taste and touch the world we live in
  • Stand up and be counted – make sure you vote today, as confusing and uncertain it may feel, go with what YOUR instincts tell you, not what others tell you
  • Love wholeheartedly
  • Live the life you deserve
  • Invest in yourself, reach out to therapists who can help you feel fantastic
