Mindfulness and Meditation

I have just completed a Professional Diploma in Mindfulness and meditation.  I’m considering doing some webcasts on breathing techniques, simple things you can do if you are sat at your desk, in a crowded shop, out and about and feeling panicked.  The breathing techniques will help you disperse the feeling of negativity and allow you to handle a stressful situation better.  Is this something that interests people?
